Some of their current gallery models include the Joline, a 36 inch-diameter clock bordered by a stylish iron scroll pattern surrounding the round face, with gold Arabic numerals around a black crackled dial (the company’s description) and antique-looking gold spade-shaped hands. A similar-looking model without the iron bordering is the London Night, a 32 inch-diameter black crackled round clock with gold hands, gold Roman numerals, a small, aged center medallion, and a small round pendulum visible through a window in the six o’clock position.

That pendulum window style also features on several Howard Miller gallery clocks, including the Sheaffer, a 25 inch-diameter round clock featuring a round, double-detailed oak frame and faded black antique-style Arabic numerals on a faded white face; the Auburn, a 32.5 inch-diameter round clock with single-detailed cherry wood-finished frame, aged black Arabic numerals on aged white face, and a tiny red second hand rotating inside a small dial pattern above the center of the clock; and, the Magdalen, an antique Roman numeral round clock framed by wrought iron with matching twin scroll patters above 12 o’clock and below 6 o’clock, as well as a brass-finished pendulum through a bezel-framed peephole and a faded white face.

Among the offerings actually classified as wall clocks are a large number of chiming clocks, including the Jennison, featuring a carved scalloped shell pattern above the face, a Viennese face with individual chapter-ring overlays, a lyre-shaped pendulum swinging across a beat plate, and column carving framing the glass door. The company’s non-chiming wall clocks include the unique O’Brien model, a double-sided metal clock with each clock running on individual movement and mounted by way of a wall-mounted bracket that enables the clock to swivel. Both clock and bracket are finished in brown, the clock face features Roman numerals on a parchment colored dial, and the bracket requires only two large screws to mount.

Though several of the gallery and wall models feature square framing around the round dials, there are no Howard Miller large square wall clocks properly defined at this writing. This should not deter anyone who likes the company’s diverse styling and overall product quality.
