The RC3303 is a simple machine but it is still a good bargain. It is a 3 cup rice cooker. The Black & Decker RC3303 has a glass lid which is handy and allows you to see what is going on inside the cooker. This is just in case something goes drastically wrong. To be honest, it is best to leave the lid on, even though you may be tempted to give things a stir but the longer you can resist, the better.

This appliance is more than just a rice cooker. It can be used for steaming vegetables and meats too. This makes it a rather versatile kitchen appliance. The Black & Decker RC3303 is an amazing piece of kitchen electronics for the price. If you are looking for a cheap rice cooker then it is certainly one to give some serious consideration to. You may also want to think about other low price models for example, Aroma and Panasonic.
