The kitchen is often described as the hub of the home. It is the center of most activities and where families gather most often. Of all the different kinds of kitchen furniture, the breakfast table and chairs are the most important because they are where your family will spend a majority of its time. There are many reasons to love to spend time in the kitchen.

First, parents love it when their children spend time doing homework there. While the grownups prepare dinner in the kitchen, the kids can sit at the breakfast nook table and do their homework. That way, the parents can keep an eye on them to make sure they stay on task.
