First of all, who would want to buy a Black & Decker RC3303? The answer is someone who is looking for a very cheap rice cooker. This machine costs under $20 so really is one of the lowest priced machines around today. This rice cooker would suit a student, someone living alone, a couple or even a small family.

The RC3303 is a simple machine but it is still a good bargain. It is a 3 cup rice cooker. This means that it takes 3 cups of uncooked rice and then when this is boiled in the machine you get enough to feed 5-6 people. Using this rice cooker could not be simpler. There is not a complex control system to get used to. Instead it just has a basic on and off switch.

One of the good things about this device is that after it has finished cooking it will automatically change over in to its keep warm mode. This is not just a feature of expensive Zojirushi rice cookers. Of course more expensive machines let you keep the rice inside the cooker for longer without it loosing its quality.

The Black & Decker RC3303 has a glass lid which is handy and allows you to see what is going on inside the cooker. This is just in case something goes drastically wrong. To be honest, it is best to leave the lid on, even though you may be tempted to give things a stir but the longer you can resist, the better.

This appliance is more than just a rice cooker. It can be used for steaming vegetables and meats too. This makes it a rather versatile kitchen appliance. The Black & Decker RC3303 is an amazing piece of kitchen electronics for the price. If you are looking for a cheap rice cooker then it is certainly one to give some serious consideration to. You may also want to think about other low price models for example, Aroma and Panasonic.
